The air pass is issued with 0% commission, tariffs are net and non commissionable. Cancellation & Refunds. Before issuing of tickets, no cancellation fee. After issuing of the air pass – prior to the first booked sector – full refund – less ZAR 600 cancellation fee. After the date of first booked sector / after using the first coupon – 100% cancellation fee. Change of reservation – agent or passenger may change the date and/or flight number by doing a complete refund of the original ticket and issue a new ticket. A service fee of ZAR 600 applies. After departure, changes of date and/or flight numbers are permitted but the operating carrier may charge a service fee locally at the airport. No re-routing or endorsement possible.
